SHIPPING

STANDARD SHIPPING:

We offer free standard shipping on orders over 85$.

For orders below 85 usd- we offer flat rate shipping at 8$.

-we are currently unable to offer standard shipping to Japan, Indonesia, Malaysia, Ireland and few more destinations where global posts has suspended the operations due to Pandemic. Shipping to these destinations is only possible with express shipping option.

All orders are dispatched within 2 business days.

You will receive an email with the tracking number within 24h since your order has been shipped out.

We do not cover the cost of import charges or taxies ( if any) in the country of destination.

 

Orders sent via Standard international shipping service are shipped via Global Post. The shipping time is indicated on check out and varies per destinations. Once your order reaches country of destination, it will be transferred to your local postal service for delivery. 

Please note that for Standard Shipping only minimum tracking info might be available - such as date of order being shipped. date when your order reaches the destination country and date of final delivery.

If you require detailed tracking info - please select express shipping option at check out. Please note, it is your responsibility to keep an eye on your tracking. For all questions regarding delivery of your order once it has reached country of destination - please contact your local Post Service.

Due to Pandemic and reduced flight capacity, please note delays can happen for orders shipped with STANDARD SHIPPING option. We estimate delays to be around 1 week on top of the standard shipping time, in some cases it can reach 2 weeks. If you need your order faster or for a specific date, please select express shipping option at check out.

Please note we do not reimburse the cost of shipping if the parcel has returned to us due to:

-incorrect address was provided by the customer

-customer has rejected the delivery

We are unable to ship to PO Box.

EXPRESS SHIPPING:

We offer express shipping with SF express or UPS.

Express shipping cost and shipping time will be indicated at checkout for your destination.

All orders are dispatched within 2 business days.

You will receive an email with the tracking number within 24h since your order is shipped out.

Please note we do not reimburse the cost of shipping if the parcel has returned to us due to:

RETURNS

If for any reason you are not happy with you purchase, you can send it back to us within 14 days of receipt. 

Please ensure the items are undamaged and in their original packaging. 

 

CONDITIONS FOR RETURN:

All returns need to be send back in the original condition and in the original packaging.
We do not accept returns of items that have been worn, scratched or damaged.
Cult of Sun doesn't cover the cost of return shipping and is not liable for items lost during return shipping. 

We are unable to refund the cost of shipping for your original order.

RETURNS FOR JEWELRY SETS:

When you return one or more item purchased as a set - you will be charged the full price of the remaining items without the set discount.

We do not offer exchanges for sets.

RETURNS FOR EARRINGS:

We are unable to accept returns for earrings due to health and hygiene reasons.

RETURN PROCESS:

Step1: Please contact us at hello@cultofsunjewelry.com stating your order number to process your return. You will receive an email with return instructions within 48h.

Step 2: Simply post the items to the address mentioned in the return instructions.

Step 3: Please always keep the tracking number.

DONE! 

Once we’ve received your return we’ll send you an email with a confirmation.

Returns are usually processed within five working days. Refunds will be issued to the original account used at purchase. Please note we are unable to refund the shipping costs.

FAULTY ITEMS


In the rare occasion that your item is faulty, please contact us at hello@cultofsunjewelry.com to process your return. 

PRE-ORDERS

You can purchase certain items that are currently out of stock on pre-order.

The estimated shipping out time of you pre-order will be indicated in the Shipping & Returns section of the product page.

If you place order for two items one of which is available for pre-order only and another one is in stock - please note your order will be only shipped out when both items are available in stock. If you would like the in stock item to be shipped out immediately - please place a separate order.
